EMDA is the Electrical Manufacturers and Distributors Association of Ireland.
It is a trade association established in 1986 as a representative body of the manufacturers and distributors of electrical equipment in the Republic of Ireland. Our members range in size from the large multinational manufacturer to the local distributor of electric and electronic equipment and services.
We have over 60 members.
Membership of EMDA requires companies to sign up to our Quality Charter which details the minimum electrical standards which members must adhere to relating to products and services placed on the market.
